 e common tactics of government repression. In this workshop\, we will hear
  from two activists in Myanmar and Malaysia. We will learn about the pract
 ical tools and techniques they use to navigate internet shutdowns and supp
 ression. Participants will work through real scenarios\, learning how to a
 ssess risk and make choices despite limited options.
